65MLS ILはこれまでにないインターラインのティップランエギングロッド。インターラインはノントラブルなのはもちろんラインの遊びが少なくダイレクトなシャクリ感やフッキングパワー伝達力に長けておりその快適性においてはアウトガイドモデルを大きく凌駕している。ブランクには軽量・高感度・高強度でありながらエギをジャークさせた時に無闇に暴れさせないローレスポンスに設計したHVFナノプラスブランクに軽量・高剛性・トラブルレスのRタイプフレームに薄肉・軽量のCリングを搭載した（AGS）エントランスガイドを搭載し感度も抜群。ボートや乗合船において快適なティップランエギングを約束するモデルとした。また装着シンカーを含めエギウェイトMAX70gまで対応させているため大半のフィールドをカバーするスペックを備えている。
