◇ Once you place an order, we will arrange a courier to collect it from your home.
◇ Payment methods are: Cash on delivery : Bank transfer (transfer must be confirmed by the day before delivery)
◇ Please pack the battery pack in protective packaging to prevent damage during collection.
◇ If the contact with the charger is poor, please send the charger as well, and we will arrange it.
◇ For customers who have not yet decided on the collection date, we will mail our cash-on-delivery slip in advance, so
please contact us by inquiry email.
◇ The process of replacing bicycle battery packs involves many quality checks (charging and implementation tests), and
after arrival at the factory and internal inspection, it takes about 6 working days (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
